"First the hotel had no sign on it so we couldn’t figure out which building it was. We had to download some app to get our “key” to check in which wasn’t sent. The receptionist gave us plastic cards that didn’t work so we spent some time stuck in the elevator. The receptionist said they didn’t work because she needed our credit card but then she didn’t know how to run it so wanted us to wait for someone to come from the sister hotel up the street to help. Luckily"
