Their support phone number was just a recording that hung up after it played. I ended up having to sleep in my car. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and bugs on the floor.”

“This is not a hotel, this is an apartment for airbnb. We were at 52 apto, 5th floor, and there isn't elevator. We are traveling with a lot of lugague and we had to take it all stairs up and stairs down. There isn't front desk. We request to clean up our room, but nobody do it along our stay. It was a really bad experience. I was looking for a hotel with all services associated, not for an airbnb in Expedia. I am making a claim for this stay.”
