“We stayed here for Reggaeland, we were received warmly by George I believe his name was. Our room was clean and the perfect size. From our hotel to Reggaeland it was around 30min driving and around £38 there and back. Breakfast was great and you can get veggie options made if you ask the lovely team. The spa was great and the pool and steam room lovely way to end our trip! Thank you again!”

Having free parking with plenty of spaces available was a major draw, as was the air conditioning--there were a couple of really warm days while I stayed, it helped me to stay comfortable and sleep well. “We had a lovely stay. We arrived late and the night porter greeted us promptly and we were in our room in no time at all. The room was lovely and clean and bright. In the morning we went over for breakfast which was also great, the food was good quality and we loved the garden and setting of the property. Overall, a lovely stay, would definitely go back.”

“Habitaciones perfectamente limpias. No hay limpieza a diario (ni falta que hace), pero sí te ofrecen toallas nuevas y cualquier cosa que necesites. Obviamente, las instalaciones no son modernas. Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El pub del hotel es encantador, y el patio, delicioso para comer o tomar algo cuando hace buen tiempo.”

“Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing.”
