The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. “The property was well maintained and clean. Only bummer is that you have to pay an extra £25 for new sheets and towels, which was a bit of a surprise for me. This service is free for those staying over 7 days.”
