“We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect.”

“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”

Teníamos acceso al GYM y al SPA (piscina y saunas) debido al tipo de reserva, pero el acceso NO se incluye en todas las reservas. La piscina es "familiar", no se trata de una piscina para nadar, aunque se puede nadar si se quiere. Las saunas están en el mismo espacio y algún jacuzzi también. “Lovely 2 night stay for our anniversary using the bridal suite! The room is well laid out and spacious. The amenities are good and food is of good quality. We couldn’t fault the service and how pleasant the staff were. My only niggle was the fried eggs in the morning could have been better if kept heated on the buffet. But overall and excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and great quality.”
