Stayed for 2 nights to attend Leeds festival. Really helpful staff. Clean rooms and a nice bar area to relax. Also gave us an Extra hour, should have been 11am check out and they let us have till 12pm. Also a Great breakfast. Highly recommended

Very comfortable and clean. Good response to any queries! Hats off to Precious, a very helpful receptionist, despitebeing busy! Good gym and pool. Very short staffed during meal times, particularly during breakfast. However, the wonderful staff who worked their socks off, still managed to smile and were very pleasant!! Chaotic, but endearing, so be patient! Good food despite, waits and low stock! Excellent parking spaces, a huge plus.

Large older style hotel in a convenient location. Bright welcoming reception and bar and spacious dining area. Room was good; comfortable bed, tv and tea and coffee. Good shower but it was leaking from the shower control end out of the shower on to the bathroom floor and out of the bathroom and wetting the carpet in the bedroom by the bathroom door. Also it didn’t seem that the extractor fan in the bathroom was working well / at all. We reported both of these faults and hopefully they will be rectified. There was also a gym which seemed well equipped although we didn’t use it on this visit. Nice hotel, good staff and good location for a competitive price; we’ll be using it again.
