The hotel is beautiful! The reception, restaurant and bedrooms are gorgeous. The bathroom was a little dated. The location I couldn’t be better - right in the heart of the city, although parking is expensive if you drive there.

Very good experience. Professional and helpful staff. Clean, well-equipped room, slept quite well, no outside noise (even though the England v Mexico football match was in the early hours). Very well situated hotel, right next to train station - again no noise apparent. Very good buffet breakfast. Enjoyed it and will be back.

Provided a spotless room in area away from any celebrants: b'day, Hen, wedding (weekend in active, busy Leeds). Quiet, good shower, bed comfortable. As usual in UK, heavy duvet, no top sheet so able to adjust a/c for comfort. Why heavy weight duvets in ALL hotels? Only fault, typical: no adequate reading lights at beds! Travelers don't read? Again, not just QUEENS! An excellent stay.

Very helpful staff and well situated. A bit of a smell of drains though and the inside lock on the door of my room didn’t seem to work properly. Needs a bit of a maintenance update. The room was clean and spacious although having grey wood and tiles and walls was a bit bleak.
