“El personal es muy amable y siempre atento a servirte y solucionarte cualquier duda o necesidad. La ubicación es muy buena, a buena distancia caminando hacia Hip Strip o Pier 1. La habitación es cómoda y con el espacio necesario para una buena estadía y los productos (jabón, shampoo, etc.) disponibles en el baño son de buena calidad comparado al tipo de productos promedio de un hotel. El wifi es de buena velocidad y conexión rápida.”

“El asistente de Manager el sr.Malon, fue muy amable y con un pequeño percanse que tuvimos el nos compenso por el mal momento..La comida muy buena y variada tds los dias...uno de los Chef al yo decirle que unos de los camarones que habian cocinado...estaban riquisimos, pero para mi muy picantes...a lo que el Sr. Isaias no dudo en hacermelos sin pique...un gesto muy amable de su parte.”

“I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. ”

“I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back...
