The property is huge and pool is far from the room we were allocated. Pool is huge lovely to relax in enjoyed the music. The kids water park was great for kids. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, polite, friendly. My only complaint is the food was underwhelming only thing I enjoyed was the spring roll, the food truck ran out food early in the day.

My stay at the Grand Palladium was beautiful. I had an ocean view room. I was on a solo trip and although this is more of a family friendly resort, I still felt relaxed and had so much fun. The massage I had at the spa was amazing. The restaurants were great, my favorites were the steak house, seafood restaurant and hibachi. I will be coming back with my family!

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice, they provided everything that was needed super quickly and efficiently. The food was good, Negril buffet style had varieties of food for us to pick from, and the resort had a bar open almost 24/7 for late night cravings. Wonderful experience.

Everyone was kind and friendly on the property. The scheduling of reservations for the restaurants onsite was consistently wrong. They were a little pushy with trying to get us to join the travel club. The property was beautiful and the food was good overall particularly the Jamaican food. The steak restaurant food needs some help as the steaks were not great. The excursions were fun but a little pricey. Overall I had a great experience and would go again.
