Absolutely beautiful resort. The staff were very kind, and friendly. The food was amazing. This resort is very quiet and peaceful. Our room was BREATHTAKING and housekeeping was GREAT. The bed however was too soft for my comfort but when addressed the staff put on extra padding. We found the room to be a bit warm for us, but we do keep our a/c between 65-63.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was tastefully decorated. There were 2 resturants that really stood out in the most positive ways: El Dorado and the Hibachi Grill. The endless drinks was much needed. The pool area was spacious and enjoyed everyday. The only issues for me was that there were alot of stairs and no elevators- walking in 104 degree weather and climbing 2 and 3 flights of stairs was exhausting and the air condition was not cool enough. Resort could consider some more group activities to offer.

The property was beautiful! The ocean views were spectacular.The main pool was very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I enjoyed interacting with them. I enjoyed the options of food and restaurants that they offered. I was able to make reservations without any hassles. The property uses the website so it allows you easy access to make spa dates and book other activities. My guest were very happy that they offered top-of-the-line alcohol and the children had a blast . As we know they are still recovering from the recent hurricane so they were many repairs being done, but this did not affect my stay in anyway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a family friendly vacation. This resort does not offer a nightlife so if you’re looking for that type of experience , this is not for you.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Only issues I had were that the staff kept nudging you to purchase things or attend events so they can check off attendance on their list. Also, the food times could be better since main restaurants were closed 4:30-6 and that’s when my son eats. Hard for a family friendly resort.
