“Lovely hotel away from the town. Small indoor pool, larger outdoor pool and lovely grounds. It was quite stuffy in the room, but it was very hot weather. Breakfast was excellent!”

“Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...

“Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities.”

“We had an excellent 2 night stay. It helped that our room was at the back of the hotel because Lyndhurst high street is very busy. We ate both nights in the restaurant and had two very good meals. The staff were excellent, particularly Josh and Lucy who were both very friendly and attentive. Would recommend the hotel if you’re looking for somewhere in the centre of the town.”
