“Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area.”

The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. “I will never stay in this hotel again. Although inexpensive by Oxford hotel prices, you get what you pay for and it is not worth it. I asked for the quietest room - hahaha. The surrounding nightclubs and the bar below are full on until after 1am! And there is no sound proofing between rooms and I had noisy neighbours too! As you enter the hotel, the carpet on the stairs is filthy and the corridor smells. The room itself was clean enough but no side table and poor quality mattress and pillows. So...
