“I have stayed here a few times now and we love this hotel. It is a bit tired in the rooms but nothing to spoil your stay. I did find the staff were not a good as they have been. Reception never answer the phone, you have to go down to them. Breakfast is not good. poor selection and poor service. They had no bread left out, no ketchup left. They had 6 empty bottles out for customers to use, everyone was empty. When asked for more, it never came. I ordered from the menu and paid extra. Arrived...

The main building itself is nicely located (in a seemingly depressed seaside town) with a clean & spacious bar & dining area overlooking the Esplanade. The breakfast was perfectly decent! “Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again.”
