“Aunque tuve al llegar molestias dado a que llamé para avisar que llegaba tarde de mi check in, cuando llegue mi habitación estaba sin hacer así que me acomodaron en otra y desde ahí súper bien. En acomodación he bajado mi puntuación dado a que el clima estuvo fuerte(calor) y no había aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba ardiendo de calor. “It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. “The hotel has the potential to be lovely, the location is great and the grounds very nice. However, on arrival at 3pm when making our way to the room, there were many used glasses and crockery outside the doors of other rooms which were still there the following morning when we checked out. It would have taken no time for the corridors to be cleared and gave a poor first and last impression of the hotel. Our junior suite room was lovely and spacious but in need of tlc, as it was worn and tired....
