“El hotel es la típica casita inglesa muy acogedora, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cucas, al parecer antiguamente creo que hace más de 20 años pero no estoy seguro se llamaba Shakespeare hotel y era conocido tanto en Bedford como en Londres. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities.”

“Both myself and my partner were really disappointed with our stay. The shower was freezing, for an expensive hotel I expected to have hot water. The floor of the shower was cracked in two places. The room was unbearably hot with the air con not working. Again for how much we paid I wish we had just stayed in the travel lodge up the road.”
