Construction was being done on the hotel at all hours making it impossible to sleep. We were on the top floor (floor 27) so there was constant banging on the roof. We spoke to the front desk, who promised the manager would reach out and could possibly do something for our terrible stay and they never reached out or did anything to apologize.

Breakfast is horrible- seems like re-heated items. Rooms are not that clean as there was some mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling.

Hotel was conveniently located to tourist attractions and transportation. The hotel was clean and rooms were modern. Only one working elevator so it took a long time to get up and down during the morning and evenings. Staff were nice but the front desk attendants were rude when we addressed an issue. Overall a good stay and would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.
