“Un hotel que me dejo con un muy buen sabor de boca por varias razones: 1.- primera vez que llegaba a uno de ellos de esta cadena 2.- por el precio crei no fuera una buena opción Ahora la recámara, lobby y alberca excelentes. El personal es amable y hace lo que se espera punto. Comparativamente precio calidad está muy bien, si volveré. El desayuno es la parte más criticable.”

I started to record the situation and wow the lady got EXTREMELY anrgy. Her boyfriend was there just sitting in the lobby. He got in my wifes face. Theres even more to this! Please refund our money. “This is a previous manufacturing building. They have spent 10 years and $30 million to convert it into a hotel, etc. They did a beautiful job resulting in a unique property.”
