“We have stayed at the Cliff Hotel before a few years ago so knew what to expect. The food was excellent, staff where very helpful and friendly. Our room was a bit on the small size for a standard double but we did ask for a walk in shower which was provided which might be why we had that room but the bed was massive and very comfortable, had enough room to walk about without knocking into anything but the bathroom needed to be a bit bigger nowhere to put your toiletries. “Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
