“Worse Westin in my life. Looks like a 30 year old hotel with 0 maintenance. Not worth the money they are asking. Rooms are completely outdated and lack of maintenance. I asked for a iron table and an iron (which 5* hotel don’t have one per room?) and took more than 45 min to arrive. I went there on a business trip from outside Korea, not staycation.”

“The hotel had such a great vibe, near transit amenities and in a cute sleepy surf town! Place was clean, staff were polite and kind, i never tried the restaurant. Lots of places to eat. If you run, amazing running path all the way to Haeundae. 40 min walk to the Yonugungsa Temple and Lotte Mall. ”

“Al llegar a la recepción batallaron para encontrar mi reserva. Si se tomaron un tiempo en encontrarla y no se veían muy organizados. Me impresionó que en el mismo edificio albergaban 5 hoteles diferentes y eso complicaba entender en donde hacer el registro o si estabas en el lugar correcto. Dentro de la habitación, vimos que no estaba al 100% limpia, el aire acondicionado goteaba, el papel tapiz estaba despegado y al entrar tenía un olor fuerte a que cocinaron algo con un aroma intenso. “The Solid residence is exactly that. You will not have room service during your stay, you have to manage everything yourself as if it's your own apartment. There are not front desk but an office on the fourth floor for support from friend staff. You are suppose to receive an email prior to your arrival that will tell you how to get to room selected apartment.”
