We were a party of 3 & the room they gave us was pretty spacious. The hotel is located right across the Haeundae beach and lots of restaurants & bakeries. It’s a well maintained hotel. The rooms on the 9th floor had a strong odor and it was not very pleasant. Maybe rooms facing the ocean side will be better. Our rooms faced the street side across from Busan bakery. Otherwise, the hotel is in a very good central location and we liked being close to the beach and surrounding Haeundae area.

Well maintained hotel. Room is spacious. Swimming pool is not available during certain period but the beach is just downstairs across the road. One downside is the hotel breakfast where the menu is always the same. Laudromat is provided.

The hotel is very good over all. The rooms were a bit tired and need a revamp. The bathroom furniture needs replacement as well as the wall paper in the room. It has a great position, very close to amenities.

Beach view was beautiful!!. Staff was extremely helpfull. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the trational market. The only drawback was too many restaurants to choose😄. Will definitely recommend to all our friends. 👍👍

It was difficult to find a room option for Shilla Stay on Expedia which fully met our needs so we opted for the one which closest fit our wish for sea views. There’s something about waking up to the sight of the sea and the views from the room did not disappoint. We had a lovely stay! There’s a telephone based queuing system for check in which did not accept uk numbers. Thankfully, one of the staff stepped in quickly.

Perfect location! The rooms are big and really good beds - except the double bedding sheet. If you ask for 2 single then you have to pay for it. The reception is not helpful with anything at all or serviceminded - they look like they hate their job no matter how polite you are towards them.

Very large, comfortable rooms with plenty of space to open two large suitcases. Personally I dislike showers that have a "half" glass wall, as no matter what you do, water gets all over the floor. We were disappointed that the "repairs" going on at the hotel included the top floor, so we had no access to the bar or the pool! But the hotel is conveniently located just steps from the "boardwalk" -- and there's a Starbucks and a GREAT bakery just steps away. Beds were comfy, excellent duvets, it was super quiet, and the front desk team was very helpful.
