This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at.

We had an amazing stay during our family vacation in Busan! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It made exploring the city so convenient. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The property is amazing. The spa pools are such a relaxing experience and a nice way to unwind after a long day. Location wise - it’s good as close to the mall and right by the beach. It is very kid friendly as well and the staff are super pleasant and helpful

Property is good, beach side, having casino and near the street lane market in which we have lots of restaurants. Beach area is good walk and one can walk till the sky rail from beach side. While walking towards sky rail side near paradise we have good restaurants on beach side. Lotte Outlet mall is good for shopping and luxury shopping. Overall it was very nice stay and city.
