“The best thing about this hotel is the location which is fantastic, and the staff were very nice. We stayed in the Oak Suite which is apparently the best room; it benefits from a private terrace with a pair of easy chairs to watch the river and it's occupancy go by, which is lovely. For me it definitely wasn't a four star, but a fair three star hotel. There was a temporary kitchen which also hampered them as well as the view. “Quaint hotel in Ross on Wye. Located on the Main Street with a small car park available. Rustic feel to the place, wonky stairs (although there is an alternative flight)! Room was well equipped with modern amenities and bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order with lighter options available. Good selection of beer on draught. I’d happily stay here again if in the area.”
