“Al llegar el check in estuvo muy mal, no habia nadie disponible para ayudarnos a subir las maletas a un segundo piso , un dia caluroso y las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo todo esto es tolerable. Lo que no es tolerante es que al dia siguiente en el desayuno la mesera no nos atendió dandole preferencia a unos ingleses, cuando nos Atendió tomó la orden con mal gusto y con una mala actitud. A los 25 minutos regresa y nos dice que si nos toma la orden, nosotros con familia y niños...

Lots of extras in the room such as a fridge with bottled water, biscuits, tea/coffee. The room had a full sized bath with shower and shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Very luxurious feeling rooms.
