“This was our first time back in over a year since under new management. We had the most lovely breakfast hamper in our room of yogurts , fruit ,museli , fresh milk , honey with tea coffee chocolate & juices. This was so much better for us personally as did not have to rush up to go down to breakfast in the morning giving us a much more relaxed approach to the day ahead . It was replenished if you put your sign on door next morning. I much preferred the layout of the bar area tables & chairs...

“Nice well managed property / country club. Convenient if you have activities around Norwich. Not unexpected but driving to property is on Norfolk country roads (last 6 miles) can be challenging at night. ”

“Fantastic stay! The room was wonderful and thoughtfully catered for my dog. Often, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit second-rate compared to others, but this was absolutely not the case. The room was spotless, cozy, and warm — complete with a dog bed, treats, bowls, and even poo bags, which was such a nice touch. “Brilliant accommodation for anyone requiring one in the area. We stayed for wedding at a local venue and we couldn't fault it at all. Rooms were just what we needed and our hosts Sue and Clive couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful! Would definitely considering staying again if needed for the area again. Certainly plan to have dinner in the pub as well, very good value, very tasty and amazing portion sizes. Would only note, the room we stayed in called 'Fakenham', only annoyance is Wi-Fi...
