The hospitality was exceptional they were so extremely accommodating to our every need and helping us out by freezing our ice packs for our trip out the next day. The food was outstanding, the rooms and grounds were absolutely beautiful and the genuine care and attentiveness from the staff really showed.

This was my second stay. Friendly, helpful staff, good roast in the restaurant. We had a nice room which was an upgrade as the hotel wasn't very busy so that was a welcome surprise. I'm sure we will return as we enjoy Norfolk and this is a good base to explore further.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast and the staff are very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely book in to the Caley Hotel again.

Amazing stay at the Caley. Great room which was spacious. Staff all so attentive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great to have bus stop right outside so was at the seafront in 5 mins. Highly recommend.

Caley is a superb Hotel in a fantastic location for North Norfolk. Excellent service from friendly helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The only bad thing in our stay was leaving.

What a lovely find. Must have passed this hotel over the years and took no notice, until now. We had a standard room that met and exceeded our expectations. So clean and inviting. Fantastic shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent and left car at hotel while we walked to the beach, only ten minutes away. Perfect!

A lovely hotel, with great walks along the beach just 5 mins from the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, the bar is cozy, the restaurant is great and the rooms lovely. And it's very dog friendly with a dog shower that is great after a long walk. Have been before and will come again!
