The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was average. The rooms need better soundproofing as I could hear the people in the room next to us very clearly like they were in the room with us.

This was a very good stay. Before I start, you must know before booking that this is a TIMESHARE PROPERTY. Very low pressure. That said, NO housekeeping unless you are there more than 7 days or if you want to pay $45 USD For it. They do provide you with clean towels, more coffee/etc. on request- no fee. I am someone who does enjoy a fresh cleaned room daily- so if that is important to you, keep this in mind. Ok now that that’s outta the way- clean, quiet, safe property. Nice basic rooms with keurig coffee makers. We would stay there again despite the lack of housekeeping. Security. Nobody is getting in that hotel who shouldn’t be there. Room key required for room access. GREAT location right beside printers ally. Easy access to broadway. I do recommend this “hotel” - which again, is a timeshare property with low pressure.

Everything was ok. The patio could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise it was good.

Such a nice hotel and perfect location for shopping and dining. Very convenient to Vanderbilt and Broadway but in its own charming neighborhood. Would stay again.

We were traveling for a conference. The staff was helpful during check-in, our stay, and extending check-out time to accommodate for the conference hours. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The evening drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated how helpful the staff was regarding the transportation to downtown and shared safety tips with individuals. The location is great as it was close to things, but not in the extremely busy part of town.

great hotel, location is OK, far from Broadway
