“Chambre très cocooning, belle vue sur les pyramides (dommage il pleuvait donc peu de visibilités). Baignoire face au pyramide très mignonne dommage le ballon d’eau chaude n’avait pas été mis en marche donc pas d’eau chaude. Nous l’avons mis en marche forcé mais au bout de 2h nous avons eu assez que pour un demi bain. Mais personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner bien complet même en lunch box. ”

“Reconsider staying here. Nothing but a SCAM! Booked Delux room with jacuzzi months in advanced. Arrived at 11pm only to find owner had offered our room to another guest who had paid a higher rate. Argued the point and showed all paper work with specific room type. Owner refused to budge and would not refund the difference for the lower priced room offered. Got to stay 7hrs in room we actually booked before being moved to the lower costing room next door. Owner went on to say that the picutres...

“ホテルの外観はあまり良くなかったし、エレベーターが無いのは不便だったが、ビル自体は低いのでなんとかなります。中はとても綺麗に清掃しており、広々していて、部屋にジャグジーもあり、最高のひとときを過ごせた。 1人で泊まったので、とても広かった。 ギザは旅行最終日で、翌日帰国するというタイトなスケジュールでしたが、朝ごはんの時間も私に合わせてくれて、オムレツは、ちょっと味付けが濃かったですが、チェックイン時にリクエストを聞いてくれて、私の大好きなグァバジュースを用意してくれました。 朝食の時間や、チェックアウト時間、ジャグジーの使い方、注意事項等、部屋の中に英語表記で加工した紙を置いてくれると嬉しい。 次も、是非泊まりたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました☺”
