“the view was very good but it was not like a traditional hotel where you have a lobby and staff to help. We were given one set of keys and some towels on first day and that was the end of it. bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet all the time, we had to be extra careful in the bathroom for fear of slipping. ”

“Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). “We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family.
