We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely.

Room was spacious, tv channels were endless, 2 restaurants on the property (tried the American fare one, delicious and great service!), hotel was clean and exceeded our expectations! Gym was small but had solid equipment and clean. Staff were all very kind and accommodating. Hotel shuttle was a great perk! Overall 10/10!
