“The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.”

“While the room was mostly clean the furnishing arrangement was not good. - The end of the king-sized bed was about 18inches apart from the wide concession shelf with drawers, fridge and desk, making it difficult to walk between those furnishings. There was plenty of space which could have been used to set it up and leave more accessibility. The bed was dreadfully soft and bumpy. The harbour front view was noisy due to ships and cars on the road below.. --- The access to the main entrance is off...

“The hotel (including our room) was clean and well-maintained. The staff was excellent; polite, friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions. Also very attentive whenever we had an issue.
The breakfast included a good variety, but it was the same everday, which wasn't great for us because we stayed for a week.
We also had some issues with our door lock, which they tried to fix but had to order the part. To be fair, they did offer to move us to another room.”
