“Hidden paradise”

“I had booked a family room with a king sized bed and sofa bed. When I arrived they gave me a double bed and a sofa with no bed. I called reception and they said they’d make up the bed. I said no problem as we were out for the day. We came back after midnight and the room was the same. I called reception again and they explained that the family room wasn’t given to me and they didn’t recommend a pull out sofa bed for anyone over 13. I explained I’d already spoken to reception earlier in the day....

“This is a lovely hotel. We were unfortunate to have a room that was not up to standards with a faulty air conditioner. The position of the hotel is great with stunning gardens and backs on to the racecourse so has beautiful views. Very clean and dining was very nice”

“Agradable pero el spa es no suficiente para ser un hotel que se caracteriza por ese servicio le falta amplitud y una buena sauna en realidad es pequeño, ya que no hay mucho hacer allí. ”

“Linda ubicación en zona muy tranquila de York. Habitación confortable y lindo desayuno. Todo el personal muy atento y con buena disposición. ”
