The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, cosy spot with all the essentials. ”

“I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel while attending a work party. The side gate was a thoughtful touch, as it meant we didn’t need to walk through the pub when coming and going. After the evening and a few drinks, the cereals and biscuits provided were very much appreciated :) Having water, juices, tea, and coffee available was also such a lovely gesture. “I booked late in the day but staff were very welcoming on check in. Clean, warm and comfy room. Great pub attached and Excellent breakfast. Location is ideal right at the top of a busy high street but noise wasn't an issue during the stay.”
