I have used this hotel on a number of occasions. It is clean, well located and has plenty of private parking available. The staff are always friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

The receptionist was a little rude and abrupt questioned our room choice etc Room was clean but bed was so uncomfortable. Hard and no comfort. The door seems to be too small for its frame so the light from the hall way shone thru a lot bringing too much light into room when trying to sleep. From about 5am so much banging and noice unsure what that was sounded like from possibly the kitchen

Great hotel. Friendly welcome and quick check in. Large spacious room with Dyson fan included which was needed on a hot night. My room was on the front so some traffic noise but that doesn’t bother me. It’s a 10 min walk to Gidea Park station for trains in to London. Ery convenient location and a great price. There’s also a Micropub opposite which is worth a visit.

The room was small with 2 single beds put together. Barely room to get around one side or the bottom of the bed. Extremely hard mattresses which were actually painful to sleep on. All 4 pillows were thin and hard so we bought some better ones. The room was very clean and the shower worked fine. There was one chair and small table with a kettle and tea/coffee.

Good and Bad….The GOOD WAS staff were very nice and the location for us perfect,the breakfast excellent. The BAD… The BAD it’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in a hotel anywhere. We could barely fit in and we are not big people. There was nowhere to hang a towel shelf or ledge in the shower to put any soap or shampoo on. Nowhere to put our case on to unpack and most of all no aircon on what were the hottest few days of the year. There was a Fan which helped a little. But the size of the room was around 10ft x 8ft with a double bed allowing about a Foot from the wall on the one side. Now we have stayed here before and had a room on the upper floors which were fine but this room was downstairs so I would avoid booking them.

On arrival I was told that as I’d requested a quiet room I’d been given a free upgrade from a single to a double - but I had actually booked and paid for a double. The room was clean but one curtain was part hanging off the rail which was a little annoying. When I returned to my room the second night - housekeeping had changed the bath mat and replaced one of the mugs but the other was still sat with milk and a spoon in it.

a good welcoming hotel with the accommodation being good value for money in that area of london . i found that the carpark had ample room at the back of the hotel which was very secure because of the narrow entrance leading to it . my only slight negative was that i found the internet a little flakey in one of the rooms i stayed in.i will definitely stay there again when i am working in that area
