My family and I absolutely loved the property. We have stayed at several spots over the years and this one will be one we return to. We especially loved the black cosmetic towels - that detail really matters when most use white cosmetic towels. The only complaint (if any) would be the beds are very very firm but the pull out couch was comfortable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. We stayed one night and experienced major issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and—most concerning—guest safety. The hotel was filthy and poorly maintained. The lobby bathrooms were dirty, cleaning supplies and humidifiers were scattered throughout the lobby, elevator panels were missing, and there was mold on the carpet and windows and stains on the furniture. We also paid for a beachfront suite with a balcony, only to be required at check-in to sign that we could not use it. The safety issues were unacceptable. At 2 a.m., we heard a domestic dispute clearly from our room and called the front desk after about 10 minutes. Police eventually arrived, but it took approximately 45 minutes. The next morning at 10 a.m., I returned to our room with my newborn and found a man inside our occupied room, cleaning while all of our belongings were still there. He had no uniform or identification. Checkout wasn't until 11 a.m., so there was absolutely no reason for him to be there. The housekeeping manager apologized and explained it was his second day and he hadn't been trained. That is a management failure, not an excuse. An outdated hotel is one thing. Dirty facilities and unauthorized access to an occupied room are another. We will never stay here again. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
