The staff saved my trip. Checked in to a tiny bedroom with a bath. It was part of a closed off condo. Front desk helped me upgrade. Ended up with a lovely condo with a kitchen and a view. This property is unique. The listing was not accurate.

Please for the sake of running a successful business, remove Tonya from the front desk and customer interaction. She was rude on the phone and ever worse in person. The young lady she was training however was very pleasant. I actually felt bad that she had to deal with her for the entire day. She repeatedly belittled her in my short interaction so I can only imagine how she speaks to her without guest present. The property itself could use some maintenance but overall was very clean, spacious and great for families. Guest please note that despite what the Expedia listing says, pets do not stay free. The property charges a daily $25 fee.

Absolutely loved our stay and will be back! The place was so clean and smelled so good when we went into our room. All the staff was amazingly nice and very helpful and friendly. Guest were friendly. The beach was so close and beach access was very easy. My husband and I had such a great time as soon as we got home we were looking at new booking dates there.

From arrival to departure, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I stayed in room 433 and was pleased when I opened the door. It was clean and a cute room. I would only suggest the refrigerator and microwave be upgraded and the shower curtain replaced. Thanks for your hospitality and making me feel comfortable during my stay.

Great vacation!

It was clean - not perfect - but clean. Nice clean sheets and the bed was more comfortable than the bed I slept on at the Grand Hyatt the previous week. VERY nice, very helpful people work here! If you need something, they will do their best to help you. Make sure you know if you are getting a room in the hotel or one of the condos. I thought we were in a condo, but since the hotel room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster - it was fine! Lovely warm pool and hot tub. Practically on the beach and really close to town. I would definitely go back here and stay longer.

The best thing love about the property is its location- the beach is a few steps away. Room smelled clean, however, someone forgot to clean the coffeemaker, used coffee filter was still inside. Toilet water pressure was kind of low. Other than that, it was great. Front reception was great. Will still book this property again.

Office was closed during check in time. When she came back customers outside waiting to go in and when she unlocked the door she didn’t let us know she was back. Also, keypad to door didn’t work. Had to go back to office maintenance had to let us in. Room was clean. No breakfast here. Price was high to for the type of room.

The property is extremely close to the beach, which was definitely the highlight of my stay and something I really appreciated. That said, I was expecting a little more based on the photos online. The internet connection was very limited, to the point where even watching TV was difficult. The bedroom was also much smaller than I anticipated. Perhaps the Father's Day weekend had something to do with the overall experience, but it didn't quite match my expectations. Still, I enjoyed my time at the beach and made the most of the trip.

This room was very outdated, old furnishings. Beds were uncomfortable, squeaked every move you made. Definitely needs a remodel. Don’t recommend building 4 at all. Building 5 is the only one that looks reasonably decent.
