“You might want to invest in bath towels. These are turning into rags. Maybe update mattresses and beding. Clean carpets in rooms. Wonderful staff! Beautiful hotel. Great steak dinner. Seasonal munu would be nice for those of us that stay throughout the year(s).”

“House converted to B&B, was double booked so I ended up not getting the room I reserved, but fairly compensated for the mix-up. The owner(s) genuinely care about this place as a business and that was apparent from the very first interactions. Bring your own breakfast or have time to head to a restaurant in the morning because you won't get a decent breakfast here. No restaurants in the neighborhood, have to drive 30 mins to Big Spring for mediocre options or 45 mins to Midland for decent...
