“My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇”

“As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. I did some some glowing reviews and I had only a few seconds to skim over them before deciding to book. I have to add to all those reviews. “A lovely house and amazing view of the America tower nearby; I loved that there was available shampoo and available transport with bikes in the closets, not sure if we were able to uses them but it is an amazing idea for transport. Everything was key to detail. Just an amazing host. Thank you 😊.”
