This is a nice place to stay by the beach, Im happy I found it. It had dishes, separate rooms, a kitchen area, dining area, and a patio. We enjoyed every part of it. It was peaceful, clean, and quiet. There was nothing bad about this place, and that’s hard to find when you’re by the beach, they even have better last minute rates than the rinky dink motels around there. My whole family loved it and we are definitely going back.

Two things about the stay. is just stepping out the mosquitoes were rellly bad. They got in to house and we kept fighting them off The water to rise off to get into the pool was super hot. Other then that the stay was great. We really had a good time.

This place was perfect for my family. It was better than the pictures. It was private and the beach and pier were very close by. They have a fish cleaning station perfect for getting the job done. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole deal so smooth. I will be using there property again very soon.

Matthew was an incredible host, he was so helpful with the entire process, from booking to the very end when we had to check out. He showed us some really cool fishing spots, encouraged us to have an amazing time and was just overall so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back and book with sea and sand cottages. The cottage was very clean, we loved the decor, and the beds were very comfy and perfect for a family of 4. Overall just a wonderful experience and so close to the beach and all the shops! We are wanting to come back again next month!

My wife and I liked the privacy we had. Friendly neighbors. Seems to almost be in the center of everything. 2 blocks to beach, 2 blocks to all stores, 2 blocks to restaurants and 2 blocks to favorite Brons Bar & Grill.
