New, beautiful hotel. Rooms were great, comfortable beds, super clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. (Didn't try breakfast.)
We will definitely stay there again.
Room clean and well maintained. Front Desk had problem with checking in computer system was down. Had to go back three times and then they just issued it manually like the could have done in the first place.
The staff at this particular hotel was amazing. They were polite and friendly. The breakfast each morning was well stocked lots of variety to pick from. The lobby/ eating area was clean and appealing.
The pool was a disaster. Just a very unkempt area that needs more attention than it was obviously given. The garbage cans (all of them) were overflowing. The wasn’t just vegetation floating in the pool but actual garbage. I know there are huge bugs in Texas but the amount of those bugs in the pool was just astronomical.
The first room we had was nice and clean. When we had to extend our stay we were put in a different room and it was not as taken care of as the first one. There was left over food left in the cabinet. When we opened the pull out couch the mattress had a large (extremely large) pile of crumbly tobacco on it. Like it had been spilled on the cushions and not cleaned up.
