Vacations Close To Flatiron Building

The hotel was great! We are a family of 5 and in NYC most places wanted us to book 2 rooms. I found RIU and the price was awesome. When we arrived the staff was professional and all of them were genuinely thankful we chose to stay there. The hotel was very clean. There was a woman cleaning the lobby every time we stepped foot in it. The hotel looked super fancy as my tween girls said! Our room was great and we would stay here again! Thank you RIU staff and Expedia.

Great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Room was great. The grab and go breakfast sandwich was not very good.

Older property that needed some attention - most of the plug outlets were broken in the room and some of the lights were broken (ie the reading lights needed replacing as were hanging off the bed) When we arrived in the room the carpet was wet (think it might have been water that was spilled) - room was a high floor so view of Times Square was nice. Cleaning staff were very generous with bottled water and lots of towels etc. Appreciated that.
