“We paid for a suite - from the photos - we were expecting a roll top bath in the room. What we got was a small bath in a mouldy shower room with a couple of plastic cups, a capsule of long life milk and a mattress that probably predated the hotel. Staff were kind and friendly but clearly exhausted. The hotel room price did not represent good value for money - it’s possible we bought during a busy season.
