Unfortunately, we did not have a fully operational TV, the staff seemed unable to fix the issue and the alternatives provided they didn’t seem to know how to operate. “On arrival we were told that our booking had been cancelled by the manager and we weren't given an explanation as to why or an apology. After a short wait the person on reception said another room had been found which was a double room with a sea view, which was what we'd booked originally. After viewing it, we decided not to stay. The standard wasn't good. The hotel needs some TLC and is more like a hostel.”
