“Beautiful if overpriced hotel, room was beautiful staff are always fantastic when we stay. The pool area could be so much better it simplest isn’t up to today’s standards especially at the price. It could be revamped to have beds facing out sea with better hot tub facilities. Staff at the spa/pool however are wonderful ”

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“While the shower in the room was fine it would have been helpul if there had a handle near the bath for support for older customers”

“Lovely room, really big and a large comfy bed. What more do you need?… maybe a few more gluten free options at breakfast would be good, there was nothing on the buffet I could eat. But I did get a cooked breakfast that was nice. ”

“Room was gorgeous - we stayed in the Arran & it had such old style Scottish charm and a gorgeous standalone bath. The staff at check in was lovely too. Would come back again ”
