Vacations Close To Fields of the Wood Bible Park

My experience staying at the hotel has been excellent every time. The entire staff is friendly, professional and they deliver superior customer service. The rooms are always clean and neat. There’s only one thing that needs to change. The carpets that surround the bed and possibly are under the bed need to be replaced. They are worn out and old.

Breakfast was very good. I loved the location. Very convenient.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the rest of the hotel appeared to be well maintained. The check-in staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed from Monday through Thursday, and our main concern was housekeeping. The door sign was unusual because it said “Do Not Disturb” on both sides instead of having “Service Please” on the reverse. We displayed it only while we were in the room and removed it whenever we left for the day. Despite being away for several hours each day, our room was never serviced during our stay. Fortunately, we had enough towels, but by checkout the trash was overflowing. We brought the issue to the front desk, and they responded by removing one day’s parking fee from our bill, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant, but the housekeeping service and confusing door sign need improvement.

Four of us stayed for one night. Beds were comfortable, property was quiet and the kids enjoyed the chickens, goats and horses. The property was close enough to Rock City for us. The only thing I would have to add it is not a Bed and Breakfast. They have stopped serving breakfast there according to a sign on the refrigerator and it wasn’t until we arrived that we found out.
