There were several bugs in the bed and in the room. I think they were bedbugs

When I arrived, valet was great, check in was fine, but my room on the 11th floor had an ozone machine in it, was hot and musty, and the drawers on all the furniture were out. Not sure what happened there but the room clearly wasn't ready. I went back downstairs with all my things and although the front desk person said "I'm sorry", there was no really effort made to make up for the issue. Unfortunately, there were no more "king bed" rooms available so I asked what the price difference was for a double queen expecting the price to be less and the front desk person said - "Double queen is more expensive, but I'll charge you the same." lol. So off I went to my now, 4th floor room, which felt smaller, but at least wasn't hot and musty. The main areas or "public" areas of the hotel were pretty clean but the carpets in the hallways and in the rooms were dirty and dingy. I wonder when they were shampooed last? My bed was clean, sheets and pillow cases were fine but the mattress was awful, you could hear the springs when you sat down on the bed. The bathroom was somewhat clean however there was what appeared to be dried up TP on the outside of the bowl...gross. Restaurant/Bar staff was great and the folks at valet, MJ in particular, were very nice. Needless to say this wasn't a good experience, especially after a long day of travel. I won't choose to stay at this property again.
