Vacations Close To Nantahala River

This place is beautiful. The pools are great, the restaurant/bar is so nice. The bartender that served us during our stay was great. Can't remember his name unfortunately. My only complaint is in our room, nothing was restocked. We even checked into our room late. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 2 people. No tissues. Zero hand soap, no shampoo in the bottle in the shower and barely any body wash. We did ask for toilet paper but had the rest of the items with us. Just seems annoying to pay for a room and I could tell the staff was annoyed when I asked for toilet paper so didn't want to ask for more. We did have plenty of towels but as far as things that would normally be restocked in a room, we had nothing. Had I been there longer than one night I'd have definitely asked for more. I'd still stay here again though!

⭐️⭐️ Our experience was not good. The room had a strong musty smell, and the blankets smelled dirty. My daughter didn’t even want to sleep in the bed because she said it smelled like someone else. The sofa bed mattress was in very poor condition. You could feel the springs, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We were also placed in the annex building, so we had to walk approximately 250 feet just to get to the pool. The water was completely cold, which made it difficult to enjoy the pool at all. They also do not allow water shoes in the pool area. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel.

Nice place for the money, but the breakfast wasn't good. Eggs were frozen and u had to heat them in the one microwave oven which created a long line. The biscuits and gravy were OK but you hade to heat your biscuits in that same slow microwave. Also I reserved a room with a mountain view, but all I could see was the roof of another building. Woman at the desk said I would have to pay $10 dollars more if I wanted to see the mountains.

Clean room

Excellent and Spacious 4 bedroom house in a prime location! Beautiful 3 level house with decks, game room and fully equipped kitchen. Close to stores and restaurants. Well maintained hot tub and towels. Great for a family vacation
