Vacations Close To Helen Festhalle

Lovely, clean, spacious public areas. My room was spotless and decorated nicely. Motion detecting lighting under platform bed was pleasant and great for safety. Coffee in room and small fridge was appreciated. I will use pool and fitness next time. I definitely will book again.

The valet staff was very nice and helpful. I felt rushed through registration as if I was a bother. The room temperature was too warm. Was unable to get the thermostat to go lower than 76. The front desk was unable to help. Offered to switch rooms but the kids were already asleep so it was too much trouble. Anyways, I was hot and the property was a little run down.

The 24-hour contact service is not as reliable as wanted. Multiple phone calls were attempted however each attempt lead straight to voice-mail. Multiple text messages were sent and nearly 24 hours would pass before a response would be given.
