“The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick.
