It's easy to find parking in the area adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are nice and large, clean, not latest fashion but nothing to complain about.it feels like what you expect from a hotel in this price category. Check in procedure asking for another deposit, promote a strange feeling. It seems inappropriate and never had this before. I have no idea what guests are stealing, there are no great things in the room, only one large towel each, no bathrobe, didn't check if TVs can be dismounted. Participating in the running festival, it was disappointing that the breakfast times weren't extended as the timing didn't work. overall, it is a good hotel but price too high for a night.

Loved our stay, staff were excellent and helpful, Saturday night in the restaurant with 12 members of my family, staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had an excellent night and nothing was too much trouble. Great location on Koombana Beach, walking distance to shops, cafes. Indoor pool was lovely. Bar and restaurant looked nice but we did not visit as so many restaurants in town. Rooms good size but tired and could do with a revamp. Kitchenette good to have. Room service was very average - did not change towels one day (on request, reception was quick to replace), no T-towel for dishes (again supplied on request). Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall good stay but housekeeping could be improved.
