“Positives: Hotel was clean, quiet and newish. Breakfast goodish. Negatives Bed too soft. Room nyc-like small. My card was overcharged at the front desk compared to the amount I was expecting as per expedia. When I advised the front desk they were was not particularly understanding or even believing. I had to show my expedia booking on my phone to be believed: the desk person mentioned there was a disconnect between expedia and the hotel systems, whatever that means. “airport hotels are normally a bad experience, this was just the opposite: spacious well decorated rooms, excellent beds, nice bathroom. Perfect standards! Of course you are in an airport zone with no restaurants, the highway close by and poor views on the parking, but you can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes. ”
