Returned to this Hotel after our last stay. The Excellent customer service brought us back! The Rooms are comfortable and you can walk to Newbury and Fenway easily. They have a great refillable water bottles and a refilling station to keep you hydrated. There is a very small gym so get your exercise walking around Boston exploring! There is so much to see. As my son said "it is a very nice hotel were everyone is friendly"

We stayed in Arbor 15C and all was great except a few things. The stink in our lobby was disgusting. I never would have thought that a 1st class resort could allow this, We asked for an early check in and didn't get it. While there, we saw the flurry of activity in the AM with the cleaners and didn't see any cleaning going on after 2pm. Was the room really not ready until 4pm? thanks Paul

The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Bums, vagrants and homeless everywhere. And we were forced to experience this discomfort because the hotel had no bottled water in the room or in lobby and we were told we could walk to Walgreens 4 long blocks away for water. Towels in our room were very worn and tattered. Bathroom sink drain was broken. No breakfast was available. Good coffee though.
